We offer various packages to suit all couples – whether you are looking for just a bit of help to source a venue, book suppliers or need help planning the whole day, VSE can help as little or as much as you need.

BRONZE PACKAGE

The Planning Pitstop Package

The logistical side of planning your own wedding can be a daunting task, so many things to think about, check and cross off. Have you found a wedding checklist or combined so many you have got yourself all confused? Here's a chance to check in with a friendly voice of reason to help settle those worries and get you back on track. We can talk over the phone, video call or face-to-face.

You can contact us at any time throughout the planning of your wedding. So whether you're just about to set off on your planning journey feeling overwhelmed and don’t know where to start, or you've only got a few months left to go, this gives you the chance to have a planning pro look over your timelines and to-do lists to make sure you've covered all bases. We can even give you lots of tips and tricks on how to keep your day running super-smooth.

Charged at an hourly rate from £30 per hour.

SILVER WEDDING PACKAGE

The 'On-The-Day' Package

This is our most popular package and includes co-ordinating the day of the wedding.

Perfect for couples who wish to handle all the pre-planning themselves but want to have an onsite expert who will ensure that all suppliers and aspects of the wedding run smoothly on the day.

We will come on board a few weeks prior to the wedding day and liaise directly with the venue, suppliers and be the point of contact on the day so you are free to enjoy every special moment of your wedding day.

Very Special Events will be on-site for the entire day to oversee the venue and ceremony set-up (including decorating and styling), management of guests, anything ad-hoc that may arise and of course manage the all-important timeline, giving you total peace of mind.

GOLD PACKAGE

The Full Works

This is perfect for couples in need of ‘The Works’.

​

It is our most comprehensive service, which covers all aspects of wedding planning right through to management of your big day.

​

From budget planning to venue visits, supplier recommendations and negotiations, to wedding day management, the Gold Package offers an experienced wedding professional who will be with you every step of the way.

​

Very Special Events will attend all consultation meetings with suppliers to ensure continuity and we are in constant contact with them to arrange all timings and organisational aspects of the day. Similarly, on the wedding day, we will be in attendance from start to finish to ensure the smooth running of the day and to oversee all of the arrangements – see the Silver Package which is included too.
